You are bidding on the actual Fender American Standard Stratocaster® guitar used during Katy Perry's Halftime Show performance at Super Bowl XLIX.
The American Standard Stratocaster®, American Special Jazzmaster® and '74 American Vintage Jazz® bass instruments highlight Fender's core offering of American-made guitars built in the company's prestigious Southern California factory. These unique guitars were hand selected for Casey Hooper, Josh Moreau and Nathan Spicer to play on the world's biggest stage and were custom-painted to match the overall ambiance and color coordination of the live performance.
Known for their unmistakable tone, feel, durability and craftsmanship in the hands of artists such as U2, The Who, Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band, Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers, Prince, the Rolling Stones and the Red Hot Chili Peppers during previous Super Bowl halftime shows - Fender electric guitars and basses are widely recognized as the world's most popular and celebrated musical instruments.
