Subject to all federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. The NFL Auction - SBLX MVP Kenneth Walker Signed Jersey + Super Bowl LX Game Program ("Sweepstakes") begins on March 10, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 31st, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT PROVIDES FOR A CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER, A REQUIREMENT THAT MOST DISPUTES BE SETTLED BY MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION, AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES.

NOTE: THIS CHANCE TO WIN A PRIZE WILL NOT BE ACTIVATED UNTIL A MINIMUM NUMBER OF PURCHASE ENTRIES (DEFINED IN SECTION 3, BELOW) HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. UPON RECEIPT BY SPONSOR OF THE REQUISITE NUMBER OF PURCHASE ENTRIES, THE PRIZE WILL BE ACTIVATED AND ALL ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD WILL BE ENTERED FOR A CHANCE TO WIN.

1.     SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR: Sponsor: NFL Foundation/NFL Auction/Hibbert, 345 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10154. Administrator: Commerce Dynamics, 1300 Yonge Street, Suite 700, Toronto Canada, M4T 1X3.

2.     ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are eighteen (18) years of age (19 years in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 years in Mississippi [JURISDICTION]) or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and members of the same household (whether or not related) of Sponsor, the NFL Entities (as defined below), and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win the Prize (as defined below). Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility and compliance with Official Rules of potential winner prior to declaring potential winner the official winner of the Sweepstakes.

3.     HOW TO ENTER. Entries will be collected throughout the Sweepstakes Period, however, the prize will not be activated and the Sweepstakes will not be "live" until at least 75 Purchase Entries (defined below) have been received (the "Crowd Minimum"). Mail-In Entries will NOT count towards the Crowd Minimum, but will be collected and provided an equal opportunity to win in the event the Crowd Minimum is met. In the event the Crowd Minimum has not been met by the end of the Sweepstakes Period, all Purchase Entries will be refunded to the respective entrants, and any Mail-In Entries (defined below) will be destroyed; entries will not be returned.

There are two (2) ways to enter this Sweepstakes: (1) through "Purchase Entry," and (2) through a free alternative Mail-In Entry. Only Purchase Entries will qualify towards the Crowd Minimum.

A.    Purchase Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, go to [URL] and make a purchase of at least one Super Bowl LX Program taken from the on field celebration, I.E. [BRAND] JAR?]. During checkout, follow all on-screen instructions to accept these Sweepstakes Official Rules and indicate your eligibility and agreement to be entered into the Sweepstakes, should the Crowd Minimum be met. Once you have completed your purchase and provided all required information, your entry will be marked as complete for one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. In the event the Crowd Minimum is met by the end of the Sweepstakes Period, your one (1) entry will be automatically entered for a chance to win the prize described herein.

In the event the Crowd Minimum is not met, all Purchase Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period will be refunded to the method of payment used to complete the Purchase Entry.

B.    Free Alternative Mail-In Entry: If you wish to enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, you may enter by hand-printing your full name, address, city, state and zip code, day and evening telephone numbers (including area codes), date of birth, email address (optional); name of Sweepstakes ("NFL Auction - Kenneth Walker signed SBLX Jersey + Super Bowl LX Program"); and the following statement: "I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to the Sweepstakes Official Rules." on a 3x5 postcard and mailing it in a sealed envelope with proper postage affixed to PO Box 8116, Trenton, NJ 08650. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You must provide all required information to be eligible to enter and win. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 20, 2026 and received by Sponsor by March 30 , 2026, to be eligible. Upon receipt by Sponsor of a completed mail-in entry, including all required information, your entry will be marked as complete for one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. In the event the Crowd Minimum is met by the end of the Sweepstakes Period, your one (1) entry will be automatically entered for a chance to win the prize described herein. Mail-in entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned, including in the event the Crowd Minimum is not met. If the Crowd Minimum is not met, all received Mail-In Entries will be destroyed and will no longer be valid for this or any other Sweepstakes.

NO ENTRY WILL BE VALID UNLESS AND UNTIL THE CROWD MINIMUM IS MET. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON THROUGHOUT THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD, REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY. ADDITIONAL ENTRIES IN EXCESS OF THE LIMIT MAY BE DISQUALIFIED. Though Purchase Entries and Mail-In Entries will be collected during the Sweepstakes Period, all entries will be pending and will not be entered into the Sweepstakes unless and until the Crowd Minimum is met, at which point all eligible entries received up until that point in time will be deemed valid and entered for a chance to win the prize.

Normal Internet access, phone, and usage charges imposed by your online or phone service may apply. Automated or bulk entries, entries created through the use of artificial intelligence or any other simulation of human intelligence or process through the use of a machine or computer system, or entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple and/or different identities, forms, registrations, email addresses, logins, or any other methods will void that participant's entries, and that participant may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion. Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder to the Sponsor or forfeit the prize. Entries specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be disqualified and ineligible to win. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements of the Sweepstakes will be automatically disqualified. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, NFL Foundation/NFL Auction/Hibbert Terms of Use (accessible at nflauction.nfl.com/iSynApp/showPage.action?sid-1100783&pageName=terms) and Privacy Policy (accessible at https://www.nfl.com/legal/privacy/). Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the entry form to be eligible. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries are void. All entries must include a valid email address for the entrant. Entrants to the Sweepstakes may be given the option to receive commercial emails from NFL Foundation.

4.     WINNER SELECTION AND VERIFICATION. If the Crowd Minimum is met by the end of the Sweepstakes Period, the potential winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected by random drawing on or about March 31, 2026 ("Drawing Date"), from among all eligible entries received. Both Purchase Entries and Mail-In Entries will be provided an equal opportunity to win the prize. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes (the "Winner"). The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All potential winners are subject to verification before the prize will be awarded and may be subject to a criminal background check prior to being awarded the prize. 

The potential winner will be notified by email on or about March 31, 2026. Except where legally prohibited, the potential winner must sign and return, within forty-eight (48) hours of being notified, an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release and provide Sponsor with potential winner's social security number for tax purposes in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be reached after the first attempt to contact him/her, or if he/she fails to sign and return the Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release or Declaration of Compliance within the required time period (if applicable), or if potential winner is unavailable to travel within any time period specified by Sponsor and from the locations determined by Sponsor, if potential winner does not have any travel-required documentation, or in the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor may, at its discretion, select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

Verification of Potential Winner: THE POTENTIAL WINNER IS SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES. AN ENTRANT IS NOT THE WINNER OF THE PRIZE UNLESS AND UNTIL ENTRANT'S ELIGIBILITY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.

5.     PRIZE. There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded (the "Grand Prize"). The Grand Prize consists of an Super Bowl LX Jersey signed by Kenneth Walker. (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize: $400).  

Grand Prize Restrictions: Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and expenses related to acceptance and use of Grand Prize not specifically stated herein are the responsibility solely of winner. Grand Prize cannot be substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize or components of a prize. Only the number of prizes stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Sweepstakes. If, by reason of a print or other error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these Official Rules, the potential winner will be selected in accordance with the winner selection method described above from among all eligible claimants making purportedly valid claims to award the advertised number of prizes available.

6.     GENERAL CONDITIONS. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor, and each of its respective agencies are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, misdirected, or illegible entries; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a user's computer equipment (software or hardware) or mobile device; technical failures; or other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of entry will not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND THE LEAGUE/TEAM/CHARITY ENTITIES RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual they find to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the entry process, the website, and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, void any suspect entries and (a) cancel or terminate the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof); (b) modify the Sweepstakes or suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; and/or (c) award the prize at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment.

7.     PUBLICITY; LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by telephone, email and/or postal mail for Sweepstakes purposes. The winner, by acceptance of the prize, grants to Sponsor and each of its respective designees the right to publicize the winner's name, address (city and state/territory of residence), photograph, voice, statements and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional, trade and/or any other purpose in any media or format now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification, unless prohibited by law.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT THE NFL ENTITIES, SPONSOR, AND EACH OF ITS RESPECTIVE PARENT COMPANIES, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, REPRESENTATIVES, CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS, LEGAL COUNSEL, ADVERTISING, PUBLIC RELATIONS, PROMOTIONAL, FULFILLMENT AND MARKETING, WEBSITE PROVIDERS, WEB MASTERS, AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (THE "RELEASED PARTIES") WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS BY ENTRANTS AGAINST, ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURIES, LOSSES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, OR PROPERTY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, MISUSE, OR USE OF THE PRIZE (OR PORTION THEREOF), ENTRY, OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR IN ANY SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITY, OR ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR MERCHANDISE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE PRIZE (OR PORTION THEREOF) CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS, DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM. 9.     DISPUTES. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be arbitrated on an individual basis only, and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a dispute, claim or cause of action of any other party; (2) settled by binding arbitration in [JURISDICTION] before a single arbitrator appointed by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its then governing rules and procedures (currently available at https://adr.org/sites/default/files/Consumer%20Rules.pdf) , and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; (3) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (4) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of [JURISDICTION], without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of [JURISDICTION]) or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of [JURISDICTION].

11.  SEVERABILITY. If any term or provision of these Official Rules is found under the law to be invalid or unenforceable, then such specific term or provision shall be of no force and effect and shall be severed, and the remainder of these Official Rules shall continue in full force and effect.

12.  OFFICIAL RULES AND WINNER LIST. Entrants acknowledge and agree that the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL Properties LLC, NFL Enterprises LLC and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, shareholders, officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees (collectively, the "NFL Entities") will have no liability or responsibility for any claim arising in connection with participation in this Sweepstakes or the prizes awarded.
